“I am a avid customer but recently I was very disappointed with my order in regards with how it was packaged to me I ordered quite a few bundles of the different flavours to give out for xmas gifts. when I opened it on Saturday, the popcorn had all been put into 1 big box. So the themed boxes I thought I’d ordered I didn’t get! So therefore I am not very happy with how I received this. I have emailed you regarding this matter but have not heard back as of yet.”

“I’m sure the Christmas popcorn I ordered will be lovely. I ordered it for a Christmas present for someone else. However I’m dismayed by the huge box which apart from being excessive just makes the popcorn bags look tiny. I’m a bit embarrassed to give it as a gift because they will open this huge present to find some little bags of popcorn lost in a massive box. Not sure whether to take the bags out of the box to wrap them or just eat them myself.”

“If I’m being honest I found that there was too much chocolate and therefor made them very sweet it was a bit like toffeefee with a popcorn popped into it. It’s clearly quality food but sadly for my taste too seeet 😔”

“Unfortunately although the popcorn tastes good, the order I received had a missing item. I contacted Joe and Seph's via their contact form and later by email. I am still waiting for a reply and to receive my missing item which is already paid for. One dissatisfied customer :(”

“Packaging was badly damaged looked like it had been trampled on causing the popcorn to be very squashed and broken into pieces, shame as it did taste good what I could salvage from it”

“I have enjoyed Joe and Sephs and have always recommended their products to friends over the years. I have always viewed them as reliable. That was until I received my latest order, I'm not sure if the flavour just doesn't work, or if it was a packing issue that resulted in spoilt products- but it was thoroughly disappointing and has made me question my recommendation. Out of the 3 flavours I got in my recent order, two were delicious and lovely and everything I have grown to love about Joe and Sephs. But, the other flavour was upsettingly bad. I hope this is just a blip and not a drop in standards.”

“Delivery took longer than they promised - apparently due to the weather being a bit warm - not a big surprise if you run a promotion in June, so didn't arrive for our movie night”

“Chocolate to popcorn flavour ratio was too heavily weighted on the chocolate side. This means there isn't much in each pouch making the value fairly poor - 100% not worth the retail price.”
