“I've still to receive the order so I cannot comment. I can only comment on my dissatisfaction with the delivery process. I placed my order 9 days ago to take the products away this weekend for my partners birthday. Having checked this morning (9 days after placing the order), having not received it, this unfortunately makes the order redundant. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I emailed you last week when I placed the order and subsequently found out you would take 5 days to even process the order. I asked if you could deliver my product by this weekend, not an unacceptable request. I understand you had a lot of orders to process this week, however it simply isn't good enough so if I was to rate, you currently wouldn't rate higher than 1 star. I'm sorry if this seems harsh, however it would be a result of your customer service and not your product because I've yet to taste it.”
