“Good company to deal with. Quick , efficient and prompt delivery of goods. Quality of goods is good. I have tried other companies and found their goods cheaper but the quality or amount of product for the price is different....ie. you do not get the same good quality or the amount of metre-age per roll for example. Only downside is that cost of delivery (from my own perspective) is on the expensive side as most of my orders fall under the threshold for free delivery. All is all I would definitely recommend Janitorial Direct.”

“As secretary of a community centre I need a reliable consummables suppliers. I find the online ordering system simple and user friendly. When seeking more information the advisers have always replied promptly and helpfully. The product range is excellent and I can always find the things I need. The deliveries are always within a very few working days and sometimes the next working day. However, they often arrive on my doorstep without any notification of delivery slot. I feel the service is generally excellent and will continue to source consummables for Janitorial Direct.”

“Bought an ex-demo model numatic floor buffer. Excellent product. Only down side was that it had not been cleaned before being dispatched. I had to wipe the handle and control down with an alcohol wipe as these were covered in grease/dirt marks.”
