“The price, service and communication was great. Instructions received prior to delivery instructing Customer to check goods are in tact before signing Couriers Delivery Paperwork, as damage couldn't be rectified if this hadn't happened. With this is mind,the Packaging for despatch by Courier was inadequate. The 5 litre of liquid floor polish was put in a box too big for the container, with no packing at all to stop it moving about in the box. The box arrived battered and torn. Luckily the container inside was not damaged. Would advise Packing items like this more robustly!”

“Disappointed. First time used, toilet roll pkt was open on delivery, the 5ltr bottles the tops was crushed so difficult to open. Clearly the box stated this way up, but delivery was delivered upside down. No care taken at all. Sorry won't be using again.”

“I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about this busniess, excellent servcie 100% of the time, super friendly staff, very receptive if you need help with anything. Delivery is brilliant too. There is a great selection of cleaning products to choose from, whether you are a small or big busniess or whether you clean a gym or run a food business, there are cleaning products for all. I would 100% recommend this business.”

“I was Looking for a Company that could supply me with cleaning liquids and it was then I came across janitorial Direct Ltd, I like the pictures and how you can zoom in on the pictures so you can read what you can use the item for, also the Value, this dose come into it, but for me it was the communication and the easy of purchse and the fast delivery that counts in my case, I have placed janitorial Direct Ltd in my favourites List of companys for my third order.”
