“Firstly the girl on online chat was very helpful. All items that I ordered had stated that they were in stock which is why we went ahead and purchased them despite the ridiculous delivery charge, I will be expecting next day for this price by the way! But have since been told that some of the items were not in stock, so we still haven't received our order yet to comment any further.”

“Account RAE002; Doc 108521. Ordered pack of 6 sponge mop heads but only one arrived in the package. Same thing happened on last order. Emailed sales on Monday evening to advise and awaiting a response. Seems to be a problem with the order picking - pack of 6 is interpreted as one mop head. Last time the error was corrected quickly, so have rated "Acceptable" for now .Tracey Rae”

“Pleasant staff, affordable prices and delivery time good but - wanted 6 signs, was told they only come in boxes of 5. ordered a box and only 2 turned up with rest to follow”

“Great product and price fine but I could not get your website order system to work. Messages left asking for a call back were not responded to. When I got your on line support to help, they were very good and sorted it for me. Hopefully next order will go smoothly”

“Delivered to the billing address (my home address) rather than delivery address (work) luckily I wasn't in so could call TNT and get them to redeliver to the correct address - just a bit annoying - checked on invoice and delivery address was stated as work address”

“I ordered extra-wide paper towelling (used for couches). The goods arrived promptly and in good order but I am not satisfied with the product as it tears too easily. Do you do a more robust paper towelling or sheeting of similar dimensions?”
