Hi we recently received a pallet of white centre feed roll from yourselves and the outer packaging was terrible being very thin and loose which caused most of them to fall apart.although the paper roll itself is still ok it’s not very good when loading up our vans. If the next pallet we order is the same quality we will not be ordering again from yourselves.

Promises deliveries when they don’t even have to stock themselves. When chased unable to give any answers and one messaged or emailed no response back. We understand that there is a huge demand for a lot of cleaning products currently but to not be told anything or even updated his poor supplier communication. Note order placed over two weeks ago still not received anything or even had any feedback.This order was promised to be prioritised and sent out on Friday the Sixth of March as we are part of the Travis Perkins group

Placed an order on 3rd March on a 3 to 5 day delivery. Had an order confirmation on the 4th March and no further advice. Emailed on 7 March for an update - no returned advice. I'm assuming this Company has no stock and chooses not to say anything - They assuredly have no balls it seems. Sadly my Brother-in-law recommended them as 1 of his go-to suppliers........ I'll update this review should any delivery actually take place or the order gets cancelled by 1 of us.

Product ordered and never arrived. Had it listed in stock and after 5 days of waiting , had to chase to be told it was never in stock

Placed an order for items that where in stock, item not arrive as said and now they say they have no stock so god know when I will get them, I’m hoping before the months out

Paid for carriage of 33pound to Ireland, only to receive email looking for atleast another 100 pound. Asked for dimensions to check with my courier TWICE. no response. Still no word on if products are dispatched or what happening.

Very disappointed for the cost of delivery to Isle of Skye to be £34 more for the standard 3-5 delivery. Is this legal if it is it shouldn’t be. Needless to say order cancelled

I'm very disappointed with the service. At first I got only part of order, secondly I emailed about it- no answer. I called- promised to call me back and confirmed my order still is at delivery company. No call back. After few days I had a chat, promised to inform me- no answer. I made an order at 9th September . Can I have a refund please?

Paid for an item on 29th April. I have had partial delivery since and its now 4th of June and no sign of my remaining order or even a reply to any of my emails. I probably will have to do a charge back to get their attention.

Recent order, only half quantity delivered, no email or phone call from janitorial to make me aware of this, they didn't respond to my email, I had to phone and they said oh yes the rest of your order should come next week, this is not the first time they have done this, my son also has had problems with part orders being sent without janitorial making him aware of this

On Thursday 14th March 2019, my wife, Elaine Hancock ordered an urgently needed batch of liquid soap for our local heritage railway "Churnet Valley Railway". The order was needed by us for the Friday or at the latest Saturday. My wife did an on line chat with a member of your staff who promised it would be delivered "next day", i.e., the Friday or Saturday a.m., at the latest. It did not - so we rang both of your office phone numbers, only to hear a recorded message stating that no one was available and that office hours were Monday to Friday. It is now Tuesday 19th March and the order is no where to be seen ! Please explain. A.Hancock, Estates Director CVR

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to make this review. We're sorry that you feel disappointed in our service. We have looked into this for you and can see that your order was, in fact, delivered on 15/03/19 (Friday) at 11:42 to your neighbour at number. We have sent you a proof of delivery privet for clarification of this. Your instructions on the order requested the goods be left in the porch if you weren’t in, however, our carrier is unable to leave any package without a signature. We did attempt to call you on Thursday when we received the order to advise you of this however telephone number provided was not recognised. Due to the fact that your instructions advised that your needed the order by the weekend, we delivered it to your next door neighbour. Once again, We apologise for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any further issues locating your parcel.

Ordered Jumbo Rolls & hand towels on Monday 22nd October, for next day delivery, didnt come Tuesday, phoned said only dispatched Tuesday! Came Wednesday, wrong toilet rolls, sent right ones got Thursday, courier would not take back wrong ones, they emailed return labels, I printed off, Courier came Friday took them away! Bear in mind I have to wait in for this stuff, no timed delivery, a week wasted. I paid online for it all, then I got an invoice for the correct ones they sent!! Which I already paid for. Unbelievable! You could not make it up, and one of the toilet rolls was mashed up! I cannot work whilst waiting for this order, so consequently I have lost money. Thanks for that!

Hi Peter, thank you for the feedback on your recent order, and we apologies for any inconvenience this may have coursed. I can see form your order history that you have been ordering form us almost every month for well over a year now so thanks for that. With regards to you most recent order you are quite right about the next day delivery, you ordered at 12:27 and our cutoff is at 13:00. And there was on this occasion a processing error on one of your products. I am please to hear however that once we were made aware of this we were able to get the correct goods out to you the following day. We also appreciate the frustration when the carrier collected your goods latter that day. This is unfortunately how the carriers operate, the collections are done on a different van and this will often be latter on the same day. We also apologies for the confusion with regards to the invoicing. We would obvious never asked for payment when replacing goods however we did need to issue a new invoice so that your and our paper work now show the correct products. Again apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
