“Janitorial Direct is one of the few sources that I have found who still stock the paper towels that fit our dispenser. Their communications are first rate, they give good advice and their delivery system works very well. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is the perception that some of the products are significantly more expensive than the cost at a local supermarket. This seems to be a common theme with janitorial suppliers and is the reason why I don't order more things on-line.”

“Overall the process was quite simple. I requested quotation prior to placing the order but when I put through the order and paid by card I was contacted by your accounts department a few days later to say that due to an issue on the website where they do not recognise NI postcodes we were not charged for delivery. This meant another card transaction and I thought this was misleading information.”
