“Recent order, only half quantity delivered, no email or phone call from janitorial to make me aware of this, they didn't respond to my email, I had to phone and they said oh yes the rest of your order should come next week, this is not the first time they have done this, my son also has had problems with part orders being sent without janitorial making him aware of this”

“I have choose Janitorial because of good references. I find out some space to improve these services. Only good merchant is improving his business and skills. Let's go! 1: I did order. 3-5 working days is ok and really nice. I didn't get any closer info about day or time of that delivery.. Why?? 2: I ordered Octopus Edge and Corner Cleaner Starter Kit. But it is not kit if handle is missing!! Price £19.19 3: Carpet Pile Brush + 5ft Handle for PA3401 18" for over £26,- without tax is too strange price. Check you prices. 4: You should update some of yours photos. It's not possible to see on pictures is there {for example} blade {wiper} or sponge. Why not 2-3 pics?? 5: I spent almost £3000,- in here, then i was informing on chat about other machine. It should be arranged as agreed some meeting with promotion to show me machines. I been asking that guy when we can do that?? Answer was, that i will get email. Not email, not response. -Not very good way guys. 6: I did order. I paid in full. There was missing my ordered and paid for Prochem Large Mesh Bag AC1044. Not in my order, not on invoice. That is ok.. And where are my money??? Why i was not informed??? I need to find it out?? -Not good. I still like your company and i wish you all the best!”

“On Thursday 14th March 2019, my wife, Elaine Hancock ordered an urgently needed batch of liquid soap for our local heritage railway "Churnet Valley Railway". The order was needed by us for the Friday or at the latest Saturday. My wife did an on line chat with a member of your staff who promised it would be delivered "next day", i.e., the Friday or Saturday a.m., at the latest. It did not - so we rang both of your office phone numbers, only to hear a recorded message stating that no one was available and that office hours were Monday to Friday. It is now Tuesday 19th March and the order is no where to be seen ! Please explain. A.Hancock, Estates Director CVR”

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to make this review. We're sorry that you feel disappointed in our service. We have looked into this for you and can see that your order was, in fact, delivered on 15/03/19 (Friday) at 11:42 to your neighbour at number. We have sent you a proof of delivery privet for clarification of this. Your instructions on the order requested the goods be left in the porch if you weren’t in, however, our carrier is unable to leave any package without a signature. We did attempt to call you on Thursday when we received the order to advise you of this however telephone number provided was not recognised. Due to the fact that your instructions advised that your needed the order by the weekend, we delivered it to your next door neighbour. Once again, We apologise for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any further issues locating your parcel.

“Been in the cleaning industry for 35 years I’ve had M&N Cleaning Specialists 27 years very impressed with your service the only thing I was not happy with I ordered green paper hand towels and paid in full you only informed me after payment was made that green was out of stock and blue was only available !which the green should be a week wait need to inform customers before payment many other suppliers do , Many thanks Marc”
