“Paid for an item on 29th April. I have had partial delivery since and its now 4th of June and no sign of my remaining order or even a reply to any of my emails. I probably will have to do a charge back to get their attention.”

“Part of the order was not in stock - I had a prompt email advising me of this and checking that it would be ok to deliver the next again week. I then replied to say we would be on half term then and asked for the delivery to come the week after. That was not a problem and again I had a quick and efficient response.”
