“I have used this supplier since taking on my role as gym manager and I cannot fault them, they always have what we need and their products are really good value for money and do a good job, in the rare instance where they don't have what we need, they let us know and deliver it to us as soon as it's available, super friendly and helpful staff and would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a good commercial cleaning and machine supplier.”

“Wrong number of items delivered. This may be Janitorial Direct or DPD. The driver said he noticed the wrong number but assumed the discrepancy would be rectified. So far it hasn't”

“Good company to deal with. Quick , efficient and prompt delivery of goods. Quality of goods is good. I have tried other companies and found their goods cheaper but the quality or amount of product for the price is different....ie. you do not get the same good quality or the amount of metre-age per roll for example. Only downside is that cost of delivery (from my own perspective) is on the expensive side as most of my orders fall under the threshold for free delivery. All is all I would definitely recommend Janitorial Direct.”

“On a busy day it is so easy just to place the order online and then just check the emails. Easy job for us in a very busy sales office. Our customer always orders just as they use the last drop so fast delivery saves the day. Nice job Janitorial Direct.”

“In generaL I find the service very very good. The only thing that I think could improve the service would be emailed directly any invoices with orders, saying that I find the chat fuction on the site really helpful when asking for these following any orders I make. Would definitly recommend Janitiral Direct to others.”
