Lasita Maja log cabin is excellent quality, although instructions could be clearer. Delivery was a little fraught as despite advising that access was a little restricted a very large lorry was used and the cabin could not be left on our drive.

Generally I was pleased with my purchase. I have one niggle though. I know wood has knots in it, but to have a big one on the front leg of the bower that had fallen out and left a gap on the corner is not very nice. I would have thought the person that had been assembling the bower would have put it at the back of the item out of sight or found another piece of wood to replace it.

I am pleased with the Artemis arbour which I erected on my own although I am waiting on my son to help me with the roof because I think that might be just a step too far at my age of 69. I must however point out that the pilot holes through the posts to fix the back panel with the 120mm screws had not been drilled which made the very first part of the construction more difficult than it should have been. It was a fiddly task to drill holes to coincide with the fairly thin straps on the back panel and for anybody with no real diy skills would be a nightmare. I also used my own 2 1/2 inch screws to fix the trellis panel rather than the 2 inchscrews supplied. I also put two screws through the side panels on each panel into the timber on the seat which I felt was a more belt and braces fixing and also added I felt to the stability of the structure. I have also already coated the arbour with Ducks Back to match the colour on the fences around my garden. The delivery driver had a good friendly attitude and with the help of his special pallet barrow put the delivery where I wanted it without me asking although I said if he left it at the front of my house I would have been happy with that. I have already sat on the arbour with a cuppa the other morning enjoying a blink of warm sun. Thank you. Jim Jackson

Service: brilliant! The owner was incredibly helpful...despite an estimated delivery within 30 days from the supplier, they were able to get our shed to us within a week so that our builders were able to build it for us. We also received a hamdwritten letter wishing us well with our shed! Product: good. We love our shed. It seems to be of a very high quality and looks amazing in our garden - it'll be even better when I've got round to painting it. However, there's no way we could have built it ourselves so we had to pay a reasonably high amount to get two builders to do it for us as well as laying a basic foundation for it. Still, I prefer it to any other I've seen! Thank you Jack's Shed!

I would have preferred more notice as to when delivery would take place. Otherwise excellent all round!

Ordered and paid for stuff on line, disappointed later to receive an email telling me the stuff was actually out of stock awaiting confirmation of next delivery from manufacturer, but my card would be refunded if I wished. I didn't, and further communication easily resolved the situation and the goods were delivered a week or so later all as promised. One slight worry was that there was no time to unpack and check everything so the delivery driver said that any problems should be reported directly to Jacks Garden Store, but I had to sign to say everything was delivered undamaged. Overall quite satisfied, would deal with you again.

Delivered promptly but would have benefited from pre notification of arrival date. The goods were as described but one or two very minor nit picking matters left me feeling the table and chair set was perhaps not first quality . Notwithstanding, for the value I am pleased with the purchase.

Shed as good as expected. Excellent communication as far as delivery date was concerned but, for some reason, the delivery men did not know that our car park has a different post code to the house despite the fact that it was pointed out at least twice. Hence the four stars. Of course, may not be Jack's Garden Store mistake?

I was happy with the final service (Jacks Garden Stores themselves were brilliant) but the customer care line I spoke to re my order told me lies and stated that the driver would be contactable with regards the time of delivery. When I spoke to the depot they told me absolutely not contactable!. I was also not contacted one hour before delivery (which I was told I would be) as I would have been at home at the time.

Just what we needed in a small garden, to store items. Would suggest that a prop on both sides to support the lid rather than the one supplied

Easy to deal with - delivery easily arranged- should be- they're only up the road:) Goods of a decent standard- easy to assemble. Most importantly it's solid-and for a big fella on a swing that's important- good VFM
