Joanna Hazelton saved the day. I purchased a Duramax 10 X 8 Woodbridge shed from Jacks Sheds in February but was only in a position to assemble it in June. I needed some replacement roof fixings to complete the assembly. The instructions said contact Duramax directly for replacement or damages parts. After many emails to Duramax over a week I had no response. However after speaking to Joanne on a Friday I received the replacement parts in the post the following Tuesday excellent customer service. The shed is good and was easy to assemble by two people. The only criticism I have is the plastic door handles and the manufacturers customer service.
