“The items are perfect, but the delivery was horrible. They left my £150 value pack in an unauthorised community area. I had to look for it. Two days later found it with my neighbour's :(”

“I have other it Luggage products and love the quality. My most recent purchase was to help me as a mobile massage therapist - their XL option is the perfect size to hold my towels, products and cleaning materials, and I really like how it has comparments help me keep things neat and ordered. “The worse customer service ever. I ordered suitcase for my next week travel I placed order 2 of July and I get the email confirmation with the tracking number. The tracking number is invalid I contacted Yodel on 8 of July and they don't have my parcel. I sent two emails already to It luggage customer service but I still don't have any response.”
