“I am not satisfied with last few purchasing time. I feel like they are not happy to serve us or if i ask any doubts regarding the product they act like hurry berry. But i was really happy with a man when i went there for purchase on first time he is really happy to answer for all quiries. One more thing that the point redeem policy also not convenient because first time they told we can redeem it when i reach 100 points but now they are tellings us i need to purchase the same package till 100 points then only i can redeem it.now Iam looking for another shop to buy liquid and pods.”

“Walked into their shop at billing garden centre , no idea what I wanted or needed just knew I wanted to come away from disposables , very friendly chap talked me through a variety of systems making sure they would be compatible for me to get on with and after a 10 minute chat we found the one and I got myself a new pod system the geekvape digi max , battery life is incredible has a cool screen with touch screen , but overall the guys over there are very nice and welcoming and they don’t want to sell you something useless they want to make sure you as a customer are leaving with a smile and I certainly did .”
