“There are so many wonderful things about iolla - the frames are amazing, the lenses are thinner than I’ve ever had and they are a Scottish company. This all pales into insignificance compared to THE PRICE - I have a big prescription and would absolutely never be able to afford glasses like these anywhere else. I’m always telling everyone who comments on my glasses about iolla and I’m on my 5th pair!”

“Delivery was very quick (although I wish there was an option to have sent it straight to a Royal Mail office to be picked up at my convenience!). I love the design of the sunglasses, and I appreciate the fact that they are polarised. I haven't road-tested them extensively yet but design-wise I love them!”

“With my Daughter already having used Iolla and bought 5 new pairs of glasses I knew they had good customer service and very reasonably priced spectacles. So I did purchase a pair and have been more than happy with them and will definitely use Iolla again.”

“I had a really positive experience at Iolla!! my aunt recommended me to go for a new pair of glasses as she had a very good experience there. When i walked in i was instantly greeted by staff who helped me figure out exactly what i wanted and recommend styles. i had only gotten glasses at opticians so it was nice to be in a glasses focused environment. i got checked out and had a lovely time with Katie, she helped me fit my glasses and left the store feeling great! would definitely go again for any future glasses”

“Fabulous service. The staff are always so friendly and helpful in store. I ordered my new glasses online and it was super easy, I just submitted my latest prescription with my order and it was all sorted. Iolla communication was great and kept me updated on what was happening throughout the order process. The glasses came about 10 days later and I'm absolutely delighted with them. Such good quality and I've had so many compliments on them! Might have to order myself another pair...”

“Everything was brilliant, the idea that you can choose a frame, handover your prescription, pay £85, and then the glasses arrive in the post is superb. my only slight negative experience is that if i go into the glasgow shop, there may only be 1 or 2 members of staff, and there are a lot of people waiting for attention, and can lead to a long wait. Thank you”
