“A great app that keeps everything in one place time and date stamped. Syncs with your phone, can be used offline as well as online. I have been using this App for a couple of years and found it to be reliable. Good responsive support when needed and some helpful You-tube videos too.”

“As a new member to Hive we, as a busy lettings agency, have been overwhelmed with the efficiency of the team at Hive. Especially the start up process with George Eveleigh who couldn't do enough to help us, explaining everything in detail, assisting with inventory clerks training. The support team have also been amazing with such speedy responses to queries and with great videos explaining processes. The software is so clear and precise and completely user friendly, the reports being well received by our landlords. All in all we are extremely happy with our service we receive from Inventory Hive.”

“I just love Inventory Hive, it works so well for mid-terms, inventories and check outs, it is easy to use and the completed reports look fantastic. The 30 day trial was brilliant, you get to 'have a go' before signing up! I am very much looking forward to the diary management demo! The help and support is second to none :)”

“Inventory Hive is a brilliant platform to create your check in and check out inventories as well as being able to produce detailed mid term inspection report. The platform is easy to use the customer service is great and there are many self help video tutorials that help should you run into a problem. We have been using them for a number of years now and have just increased our subscription so we can carry out mid term inspection reports to improve the service we give to our landlords”

“Inventory Hive is a great piece of software that has really helped with boosting our offering to our clients. It allows us to produce very clear and concise, professional looking documents at the start, during and end of our tenancies. Its innovative approval and signature feature allows easy access for tenants to review and approve their inventories creating a perfect document for any deposit discussions at the end of the tenancy. The team are really approachable and are always on hand for any help that is needed. Their constant ambition to improve the software and add new features is excellent in this ever changing world of Lettings!”

“Intuitive and easy to use system. I love that the interface is the same on the phone and desktop, allowing for ease of editing after finishing onsite. “We've used Inventory Hive for all our in-house Check-ins, Check-outs and periodic interim inspections for several years. Having tested numerous platforms, this is the best we've seen. Easy to use both on-line and off-line, simple to complete on site using an iPhone, great photos which are zoomable on the report and all at a cost effective price level. Ideal for what we need and our clients can see the condition of their property, in detail, from the comfort of their armchair wherever they live, helping us to deliver the 'Stress-Free Ownership' we are known for. Brilliant system and app which I'd highly recommend!”

“Inventory Hive has been really great for me and my property. The service from the team has been fruitful in terms of working the platform and answering any of my queries. Having a Teams call really helps to better understand the product and how it can help with your property long-term. For someone like me who has new tenants every- year it is hassle free to re-do the inventory. So yes a great product and great service.”

“We have been using Inventory Hive for a few months now. We are using it not only for standard inventories, check-ins, interim visits and check outs, we are also using it for block inspections. The app is easy to use and does exactly what you need from a facility like this i.e. make it easy to complete an inventory and have the facility to follow up on issues, faults etc. Customer service is excellent and a special shout out to Richard who has provided all the training and assistance with creating master templates. He has been especially helpful and always happy to assist our organisation if we need support. All in all, really pleased with the app and it will help make the process of creating inventories much easier for the team.”

“Inventory Hive is a great piece of software and saves me copius amounts of time with doing the check-in/out inventories and inspections, with seamless approvals by the tenants too. The app is great, allowing you to work offline and then sync when back on wifi in the office. Katie Bennett was fantastic in sorting out our onboarding/training, and Mitch Handley is there to answer any questions / offer advice too.”

“Am I the only one who thinks this app could be better?? Strange as other clerks I know who use it aren’t happy either. It’s time consuming, far too many things to “click” on and then taking time to ensure you’ve covered all the clicky items. It looks great but it’s far from perfect and as far as customer service…. Waiting a call to speak to someone after feedback now given a couple of times and have been ignored (first time was completely ignored!). The camera on the app isn’t great, the dictation is poor and having to constantly correct - which is blamed on my device but I’m not convinced. Sorry don’t understand how there are so many 5 ⭐️ reviews”
