“I was suffering in silence, being a bit of a dinosaur with IT. I booked in a training session which I found to be so helpful. We even ran over time, but nothing was an issue. I really couldn't recommend HIVE enough. It really is practice and the HIVE team are there to help you every step of the way.”

“Allsop have utilised Inventory Hive since the inception of our Build to Rent offering and it has always remained, in our opinion, a best in class inventory software. The platform has streamlined our internal processes, allowing our team to carry out inspections, manage inventories, and generate reports with speed and accuracy. The outputs have elevated our operational standards across the board. IH are always responsive and at the forefront of what is happening in the industry. Where recommendations for change or improvement are made, they are always flexible and open to discussion which creates a really collaborative approach. Residents now experience a smoother move-in and move-out process, with clear documentation and faster turnaround times. “We first met Mitch and Alex from Inventory Hive at a large industry event and right from the start they were so informative and supportive - no question was too much trouble. When we saw Mitch again at our regional conference, we were completely hooked in and have never looked back since! The system itself is seamless and so easy to use, and it consistently produces high-quality inventories that impress our clients time and time again. We genuinely couldn’t imagine managing our inventories and inspections without it now. “Mitch Handley is our contact and has been from the start, he is personable, relatable, professional and has vast knowledge. He has done two site visits to one of our branches to two of our branches and holds a superb rapport with our lettings team. He is an ambassador for the company and I personally see a very long relationship with Inventory Hive and see no need to consider any other business, which in this climate is a very welcome emotion. I firmly recommend Inventory Hive to any agent looking for software of this kind, easy to use, great back-up, easy to navigate and Mitch is always on hand for anything. 5*s without doubt.”
