I was disappointed that despite contacting your help desk twice after placing my order nobody responded to my request to amend my accompanying message.

I have placed three different orders with Interflora during one day — one for delivery in the UK and two for delivery abroad. Although the UK order initially appeared correct in my Interflora account, I later received an email stating that I would need to collect the flowers myself. This is not what I requested. I attempted to resolve this by calling Interflora multiple times, but my calls were not answered. I left a voicemail with no response and sent emails on two separate occasions, neither of which received a reply. I also tried to cancel the order via the chatbot, but it would not allow me to do so. Ultimately, I had to contact the florist directly, and they processed an additional payment for delivery—something that should have been handled through Interflora. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the absence of any response despite my repeated attempts to reach you by phone and email. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and appropriately.

I was disappointed, that I had a standard delivery and not the priorty delivery as requested. Due to informing me, after accepting my order, that you did not have the transport to fulfill my request. I did get a reimbursement from you for the difference. That was th only thing i was not happy about, hence the 4 star rating.

Placed an order with the next day delivery (paid £12 for it). It’s been 5 days and the order still hasn’t arrived. No response from the company either…

Did not receive my arrangement. Was told it was late because of a hardware problem. VERY UPSET. This was a gift. Sent an e Mail on Saturday asking what had happened to my order. Still no update from INTERFLORA. MY MONEY WAS TAKEN on the day of the order. I just want someone to tell me where it is. It was supposed to be delivered on 5th December. How can you keep asking me about how pleased I am with the service when my important purchase is in the wind. I'd love a good excuse please. Wish I could give a lower rate than one star. The last time I order from Interflora.

The flowers that I ordered were not delivered and I have made a complaint that has not been answered yet. Please deal with this matter urgently and let me have a refund.

FLowers were not delivered on the originally requested date, which was notified to me. But then they arrived at the date of my second choice.

I’ve tried to communicate via the links you gave and still you haven’t responded. The flowers you sent were half the size of the picture you showed. Extremely disappointing! Won’t be using again!

Flowers were left outside no knock on door it was raining heavy they were not found until late in the evening they were very wet and battered also no notification of delivery

Very easy to order online. Great communication throughout the whole process. My Mum in law was very happy with her flowers which were delivered exactly as promised.

I gave notice to change delivery date with plenty of time to do so. You still went ahead and delivered on wrong date. Finding it impossible to send another order as the delivery town ( St Helens) is not on the drop down list for Lancashire.

I wanted to cheer a very close friend up with flowers and Interflora seemed the obvious choice. My friend sent me a picture when she received them and they were beautiful, even better than I hoped they would be. I will definitely be using Interflora again. Also a big thank you to the florist Laura in Bonnyrigg!
