“Efficient & friendly service - good product. What does NOT make me happy is being a customer for 10 + years (without a claim ?) and each year receiving an initial renewal quote at a higher price and having to haggle to get the figure down , Very boring ! You should quote your best price to loyal customers from the outset or they may change insurer "on principle". I also do not like being charged an admin fee / initiation fee for a simple renewal.”

“tried a few times but nobody answered my telephone calls. when you get through, however, the people answering are knowledgeable and efficient. overall a good service that can still be improved.”

“The phone was answered quite quickly, the person I spoke to was intelligible and seemed to know what they were doing, they processed my enquiry quickly, rang back when they said they would and obtained an acceptable quote.”
