I like the insurance they provide, however, I'm not a fan of sorting insurance over the phone, I'd much prefer to achieve it online. The problem is, you have to listen to long winded, legal jargon, over the phone, a lot of which you don't hear properly or understand, and some of which might be quite long definitions, and you don't know at the end whether the agent is expecting an answer or what. So my preference is dealing with these matters online

Finally found some people who understand the situation of owning a property in UK and living in EU. very easy to set up, all online or by email. Just what I needed. However, the address on the policy is spelled wrongly. I corrected it online but I would prefer if the documents had the correct address....

For a bespoke insurance, Intasure is excellent when other companies cannot offer the same products. A couple of comments: please check the overseas phone number and answering message as it cuts off immediately; please mention to your staff that when going over the details that rushing trough is not helpful unless you already know what you are signing up for otherwise it is poor marketing of an otherwise good product

Straightforward process for foreign property insurance. Like the policy is printed in English and in the language where your property is located, mine being Spanish.

One of the few, reasonabley priced, insurance providers for people with a family only holiday home in Europe. Straight forward cover with legal support to look after your investment.

Spanish holiday home insurance. Good comprehensive cover, staff helpful. Not needed to claim so unable to comment on this. Price a little higher than I expected this year, I expect covid and Brexit may have caused a price rise. Documents in both Spanish and English.

I am an Ex-Pat with a SIMPLE ! property back in UK. I was astonished by the ineptitude and general chaos dealing with the majority of the "Insurance Pack" offering this specialized insurance. Quotes ranged in multiples of 100 to 400% against each other. I live in an area with limited phone coverage which simple defeats the business model of the majority of the companies, who lost quotes, changed quotes upwards, and could not find reference numbers after 10 or more emails?? BUT Intasure steadfastly kept a stream of consciousness intact throughout the transaction that kept the negotiations on track. Something 6 other companies brokers etc couldn't manage, with their algorithms and bots functioning appalling. The mantra of WE WILL BEAT ANY QUOTE, were impossible to negotiate with. So after 5 days that I will NEVER ! get back, having multiple sets of passwords and ID numbers to enter CUSTOMER AREAS, oh the Irony..just to get a quote, Intasure was the human side, and I had a lovey chat with a sales lady, who nailed it all down, and I took the policy, at the best price. Banks, the tax departments, local authorities, etc etc nothing works properly, their 1st task is to sell your data after you have read the 30 pages of terms and conditions, in legal gibberish for them to sell your email address, and inundate your junk box, with yes you guessed it targeted , for your own good, JUNK!.. So in summation to my wee rant, Go with Intasure and speak to a human, who can remember a reference number and keep it all logical. Don't rely on the INTERWEB , ITS BROKEN..... ;-)

Happy I had with the conversation I had with Julian. The only problem was trying to register my details, kept being sent temporary passwords which the system said were incorrect, so not registered.

Lovely girl spoke to me each time. In the end the only thing in the policy vital to me was escape of water cover during the winter months when the property might be empty more than 30 days. The policy covers us provided the heating is at 10º - since the heating is communal and included in the service charges as is the hot water there being only a single system for the building this met my requirements. I do think though that the leap from £80 to over £200 including a service charge is on the high side and I think at renewal I will baulk at the idea that you can charge £50 fee p.a. for a rollover policy once first sold.

not having had static caravan insurance before the agent explained everything we needed to do. the only thing we did not get was M&S voucher as promised
