I have been very satisfied with the service offered by Intasure Until this weekend when my Insurance needed renewing. I had a lot of problems trying to pay online as the link on the emails sent did not take me to a page giving a payment option. On arriving home, Friday evening to check my passwords you had kindly phoned to tell me that if I did not pay by midnight the policy would lapse. After further searching I found the information I needed to pay by BACS, and I duly paid the account in full and sent emails to the effect. A further telephone call from Intasure Saturday morning prompted me to phone to confirm the payment but I was told in order to keep the property covered I would have to pay again, over the phone and I would be re-imbursed for the BACS payment on Monday when the accounts department would be open. I have had problems paying my account online before, and am fairly used to online transactions. Obviously, I was not pleased at having to pay for the account twice and hope that everything will be corrected and settled on Monday. Regards Joan Varley

I have only just recieved my agreement to sign 16/7/20 I'm now being told if I don't sign it and get it back to you by the 20 th you will take 10 pounds from me you have left it late for me to get it back .to you so if you don't recieve it by the date please don't take the 10!pounds out regards Mrs oats

Easy to get a quote and cover but really disappointing that no earthquake cover is now offered for properties in Italy.

I was asked to provide information which I did. I was then sent an email that my policy could not be renewed because I had not provided the information. I was contacted by phone and supplied the information. When I received the quote the information I provided was not updated on the quote and I was quoted an amount higher than I should have been. I notice the error, informed you, and you corrected the information and the quote. The process did not work well but in the end it was resolved.

This survey purports to involve those who purchased insurance with Intasure. I didn't because an 'admin fee' of £55 on a premium of £102 seemed both odd and excessive.

Felt sales pitch was reading script and I had to wait until the lengthy monologue finished to ask questions .Did not feel interactive .

The contact with your agents about renewing two house insurances with you was fine and all went well until a plethora of computer-generated e-mails arrived, one of which stated that my application for home insurance had been refused by the underwriters. These left me very uncertain as to whether my insurance had been renewed or not. A further call to your agents reassured me that I was indeed covered. Some more personal e-mails would be a distinct improvement . . . . . . . .

This is only because I have only had conversations over the telephone so do not know how you deal with anything else. My conversations with Charlie were absolutely fine. He explained everything in detail and asked if I had any queries which I didn't. No complaints there. He explained that I and the person who recommended me would each receive a £20 M&S voucher which is rather a nice touch.

I have been a client for many years. Truly disappointed to receive an email advising my policy had been cancelled. Surprised I was , however after some twenty minutes I am back as a customer.

In the end I succeeded in renewing my insuance, but complicated by the fact that the documents you sent had 2 different references numbers on, which were not exactly the documents on the screen of the person I was speaking to. This was clear if you listen to the telephone recording.

The salesperson was very anxious to please and provided me with more information than I needed but covered lots of extras you provided. Unfortunately your website is another matter and I was unable to log into it because of an IT problem. This is still in accessible I understand so hence the three star score.

I was unable to renew my policy on line! I suggest the post code log in needs to be looked at. It took me 17 minutes to do this on the phone

I had to speak with the company to get the overall premium down. They did accommodate me and I renewed. Such discussions should not have been necessary. I have always been with this company -- 20 years plus -- If I had not made the effort I would have had to move insurers. Please be more proactive in future.
