Within a few minutes of receipt, the base has broken off from the upright. It only inserts about eight of an inch into the base. Don't buy this piece, it's rubbish.

Dan Cornish was actually very helpful. However, I bought an item that was due to come before noon the next day as a gift for my wife. I paid extra for this service. The item didn’t arrive until a day after this point. It was left in a communal area and I can only assume it was the driver that signed for it! I did get the item although not a min sooner than promised by other retailers. When I got it home and opened it the box looked like it had been kicked around a lot. Definitely not ideal for a gift. I Was due to be purchasing a new keyboard and stand for our young lady in the near future and due to this experience I won’t use this company. I will however state that Dan Cornish was fantastic throughout, tracking my parcel and answering my emails very quickly. Had he not have been I would have insisted on a refund way before I got the wall mount actually delivered. The only thing letting this company down in my opinion is the courier service they choose to use. Dan did refund my delivery fee, which was fair and I did get the item in time for my wife’s actual birthday but I had to present it in a box that looked like it had just come of the pitch as substitute for the ball. Let me know if you decide to change courier companies and I will try again.

I am not very happy, because I paid for next day delivery when I ordered my item, at around 10:30 on the 11th of June, hoping it would arrive on the 15th as I paid an extra £7.50 for delivery. So i would like to have the full £7.50 re-fund.

So small they don’t make much noise. Perhaps they should be sold as for a child? Will be donating them to local charity shop.

sorry it took 2 weeks to arrive we ordered a cello on ebay and only got it after we opened a dispute with ebay ,,im noit the only person that ordered a cello ,you sold 15 4/4 plus several 3/4 and only 2 left reviews on ebay ,is that cause they all got a dispute and cant leave feedbk .tbh when it arrived it was not bad for the price paid

sorry but we ordered a cello it took 14 days to arrive not the 48 hrs ,but after a dispute with ebay it turns up wink ,just a warning guys there will be no tracking on your order and no sorry !!! it was a birthday gift to my daughter .just stating that 15 were sold and only 2 feedbk on ebay ,is that why no body can leave feed bk as all the cello sales are in dispute ,,,just a thought .but tbh when it arrived it was not to bad for the price

10 after being told my order had been dispatched I emailed to ask why I hadn't received it. No response, excuse or apology. 4 days later it was finally delivered - again with no response or apology. The fact that a handwritten 'First class' had been scrawled onto the dispatch note pretty much proved that the first email saying it had been dispatched was a lie. No point emailing to discuss my bad feedback, they ignored me once. That's enough. Won't use again.

The instrument was faulty at arrival. Exchange takes nearly two weeks. Bad customer service.

I'm sure instruments4music are fine as a supplier but I have emailed them already regarding the second example of these amplifiers they have sent me (the first one was returned within the returns period) and, because of the strange and very loud interference type background noise they make - cross between a sewing machine and a hammer drill, through compatible speakers or through headphones with an instrument plugged in or not and with no interference sources nearby - I'm afraid I can't sing the praises of these units. If they are all like the two I have tried I can't see that they would have any use at all. I wanted this amp as a spare for gigs and because it has an input for media and output for headphones for silent practice at home but it has not, unfortunately, fulfilled either of these expectations. In my earlier email I asked if others have found the same problem and if there is a fix. Surely I can't have been that unlucky. I use good quality cables and have never encountered this sort of hiss and crackle/rumble noise level with other amps I've used. Again, no reflection on the supplier just the unit I purchased was not up to even the most basic expectations. Regards, Chris Dolman

You Sent gong stand without hooks to hang gong I called you and you said you would send them out asap ,when I finally got the hooks today a week after the gong arrived I put the whole thing together and the stand is too small for my gong you have sent the Wrong size gong stand it said it was suitable for a gong upto 31inches mine is only 28inches and its still too small . .So yet again this week I am unable to use it !!! The box was damaged and open on collection from my post office , een though i was in and waiting for it to be delivered to my house and the item is scratched

Amp returned as received damaged. Also no protecting cover provided or even available from 'Instruments' or Bryce. Poor show.

Seems it’s not brand new. Looks like used one and can see some parts of body is worn at corners. It’s not up to the quality I expected. Disappointed :( Delivered just in two days which is only good thing.

It all went wrong!. I ordered a double bass bow and received a violin. Not a violin bow, a whole violin - in a case. To their credit the tried to resolve it quickly, but booked the collection/redelivery without checking I would be at home. I work, so I wasn't. All still to be resolved and I'm going to have to take ANOTHER day off work to receive my item. I know things go wrong but not impressed.
