“Good sounding instrument bud the build quality is poor, it looks cheaply made Like I say it sounds brilliant but I've bought cheap quality instruments that look much better”

“The items arrived promptly via post. Sadly the E strings for my mandolin were very fragile and only one survives. It would be great if there were spare Es in the pack.”

“Fantastic service from the team as they called me to inform me that my order was out of stock and due to arrive shortly, then would be posted shortly after that. However, the packaging that my order was sent in arrived ripped open, and one of the tubes on the lugs I ordered has a lot of rust.”

“Great service and fast delivery and I really thought I'd grabbed a bargain but unfortunately not the sturdiest of pop shields and mic stands. Great if you're on a budget or for a school or rehearsal but not ideal for a recoding studio or live performance.”

“Thank you for completing the order promptly. Although I'm.not familiar with ukeleles, from reading about them (soprano ukes) I understand the order of the strings are GCEA (1 - 4) However the set you sent are labelled EADG (1 - 4). I am replacing the top string of a cheap uke that I borrowed. I have done this with the A string that you sent. A bit confused but it seems OK.”

“Well made but thought they were anti kink however using yesterday when trying to coil up it was very difficult as both had a mind of their own to which way they wanted to be placed in a circle? Apart from that for audio mono instrument cables used on a stereo electric piano with DI boxes no issues?”

“Got the strings. Colours not same as those on cello at present and so first string supplied purple replacing a red. Not sure if correct as daughter just learning. But at least she can practice in lockdown.”

“The price on this Bryce fretless guitar is very good and the shipping and packing good too. However - the guitar set up was as loose as a bag of spanners and is going to cost me £50 to sort out properly. The strings were rusty and two snapped as soon as i tried tuning it - I expected to have to tweak it a bit but this is too much......could do better.”

“Product great saw on ebay asked to combine postage recieved email to purchse from ur online shop which is dearer than ebay yes i saved a little but if i had purchased on ebay and u combined the postage would of been a better deal for me im surprised u didnt charge me less as not ebay fees to pay other than great great product and great customer service just wish u combined postage as that would of been fair i not sure if ill purchase from u again as i was not given the best deal as on ebay if postage combined would of cost less”
