My order of a set of Beatles picks never arrived, after 2 e-mails to instruments 4music stating so and finally asking for a refund STILL no reply, or refund. An Unprofessional and dishonest seller to avoid.

Guitar hook is ok however I paid for next day postage and the hook did not arrive for 48 hours. I complained about this 3 times but am yet to receive a response.

I paid for a string winder and cutter on the 16th May. On the 18th I had an email from them it's on its way. It's now the 22nd and it still hasn't come. I've had quicker deliveries from Germany. Never again!

I have found this company to be very poor, not only in service but customer service too. I ordered a Cello on the 25th April and it is Monday 11th may and it still hasn't arrived. I have messaged them on eBay and all they could say was it will be with you soon. No apology at all.

Terrible customer service. Was sent a faulty violin bow and have emailed twice without any response at all. Seems like a total scam operation.

my goods which were dispatched weeks ago still have yet to arrive and all the emails to instrument4music are returned with no reply. being completely ignored.

Unfortunately the first case I ordered came damaged, the second one was not as described in the photos which was disappointing. The reply rate has been slow from customer service.

I ordered a guitar amplifier and I received it however it did not work at all and I am very dissatisfied with the product and service. Don't rip people off!

When the violin came one of the pegs was split, so could not be turned. This violin was replaced eventually and the replacement has a broken tuner! No energy to send it back again will replace the tail piece myself. Totally lost confidence in this company
