“My order of a set of Beatles picks never arrived, after 2 e-mails to instruments 4music stating so and finally asking for a refund STILL no reply, or refund. An Unprofessional and dishonest seller to avoid.”

“I paid for a string winder and cutter on the 16th May. On the 18th I had an email from them it's on its way. It's now the 22nd and it still hasn't come. I've had quicker deliveries from Germany. Never again!”

“I have found this company to be very poor, not only in service but customer service too. I ordered a Cello on the 25th April and it is Monday 11th may and it still hasn't arrived. I have messaged them on eBay and all they could say was it will be with you soon. No apology at all.”

“When the violin came one of the pegs was split, so could not be turned. This violin was replaced eventually and the replacement has a broken tuner! No energy to send it back again will replace the tail piece myself. Totally lost confidence in this company”
