The instrument was listed as 10 inches long; it's only 8 and for a guiro that's important. Secondly the paperwork I received said send any concerns to admin@.... I did that yesterday; so far, no reply. Instead I get this e-mail, which says contact customer service.

The stand was just too flimsy,and the ledge was so small even the various sheets I had on there were falling off,I thought the magnets were a good idea but during performance I had to segue to another number so couldn't use the magnets.

Dear Mr Ridley Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I see from your order history that you opted for the fold-able compact stand. This stand does fold up incredibly small & is ultra lightweight and as such is intended for more portable lightweight use. Our heavy duty orchestral stand has the bigger ledge and more solid back plate which sounds like it would have been more suitable for your needs. I don't think you have contacted us directly but all items can be returned within 30 days if not as desired. Best Regards Customer Care Team

Arrived late to the wrong place with a rip in the packaging (thank god the merchandise wasn't damaged). Terrible service, lied about what was happening. Do not use!

Ordered a half size double bass bridge, received a half size double bass bow (which according to the website was out of stock, which us why I didn't order one aswell). Tried calling the number listed on the website twice this morning but went to answer phone every time! Thanks for the bow but I still can't fix my half size double bass!

You've sent me the wrong item. I Should be 6 pairs of egg shakers,12 altogether. I received 3 pairs with handles, 6 altogether.

There have been some delays across the country due to the extreme weather we have been experiencing. Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I can see that due to a warehouse issue, your label was put on an incorrect box and as such you were sent the incorrect item. I can only apologise for this error and am pleased to say these instances are few and far between. I have fed back this information to our warehouse manager. It is my understanding that we have said you can keep the stand with our compliments and the bag will be sent on on an overnight service for you. We accept that this does mean your bag will be a day or two later than anticipated, but we hope the free ukulele stand can be of some use to you and hope to serve you again in the near future.

I believe there may be an issue Paypal side with your account, please contact Paypal or get in touch directly so we can explain what the issue may be.

The Royal Mail service can be slightly slower this time of year due to increased parcel volumes, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and recommend that all urgent items are upgraded to the next day service if their delivery is time critical this time of year. This is not a quality glockenspiel! It would be ideal for kids as its doesn't produce much sound. It certainly isn't a musical sound! I've returned it for a refund
