“You Sent gong stand without hooks to hang gong I called you and you said you would send them out asap ,when I finally got the hooks today a week after the gong arrived I put the whole thing together and the stand is too small for my gong you have sent the Wrong size gong stand it said it was suitable for a gong upto 31inches mine is only 28inches and its still too small . .So yet again this week I am unable to use it !!! The box was damaged and open on collection from my post office , een though i was in and waiting for it to be delivered to my house and the item is scratched”
