“Disappointed I was told that an item wasn’t available. When queried was told it would be sent out free of charge - would expect this anyway due to the fact it isn’t my fault! Shouldn’t be made to feel as they are doing me a favour! Not impressed.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see from your order you ordered several different items and unfortunately one was put on back order. I think there may have been some confusion here, our sales adviser explained the process that any back ordered items are sent on with no additional carriage charges. This isn't to make you feel as if we are doing you a favour. Our standard protocol is advise the how the whole system works and how charges are applied so there is no confusion to the client, (we do have some customers that have concerns that a back order may cost them more). Apologies that you felt it wasn't explained to you in this way. We hope you are happy with your purchase and the goods received.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I can see that due to a warehouse issue, your label was put on an incorrect box and as such you were sent the incorrect item. I can only apologise for this error and am pleased to say these instances are few and far between. I have fed back this information to our warehouse manager. It is my understanding that we have said you can keep the stand with our compliments and the bag will be sent on on an overnight service for you. We accept that this does mean your bag will be a day or two later than anticipated, but we hope the free ukulele stand can be of some use to you and hope to serve you again in the near future.

“Good instrument for the price. Remember to use the rosin which is supplied with the violin, on the bow..we used sandpaper to make the rosin powdery before applying to the bow.”

“Nice instrument (cello). Unfortunately, the sound post had become dislodged during transport. Not the fault of the company, of course, but caused a bit of grief on Christmas Day. Quick delivery and good comms.”
