“Very impressed with the quality of the Violin Ordered. The Rosin, unfortunately, was completely dried out and obsolete. What would be nice in the Violin case would have been instructions on how to 'set up and tune' the Violin including a website to view. I appreciate that that is NOT your role as you are Suppliers. As a total novice it would have been helpful and good Public Relations.”
