“The anti-climb paint I ordered was a very good price and delivery was quick. Unfortunately although it was well-packed the can was dented and had a small leak. Insight were very apologetic and offered to replace if I returned it however leak was minimal and I didn't feel it warranted this so kept it. I've now used some of the paint which is very good and coverage is better than stated in the product details”

“Ordered wall spikes , very reasonable price . Was told delivery in 1 to 3 days , delivered next day ! RESULT . Another thing i liked about Insight Security is being kept informed about progress of order right up until it was delivered . Nice doing business with you .”

“The Prikla Strips are just the thing to keep cats off the top of the fence above my nesting box. They flexed to fit the top of the fence and screwed in easily. The cats aren't happy but I am and hopefully the blue tits too!”

“Very pleased with the service from Insight. We had ordered anti-climb CCTV collars which were delivered quickly and promptly but found that the measurements we had were incorrect and we needed to exchange them for a much larger diameter. Kirsty and Paul at Insight were able to arrange for an exchange of the collars so that minimal return carriage expense was incurred and that the new collars were delivered extremely quickly, which also saved us hundreds of pounds on hiring a cherry picker at a later date. Thank you.”

“One of the best companies I ever dealt with! Everything was done very professionally and without any mistakes, I got all of the products I ordered very quickly even while living in another country more than a thousand kilometres away. Not to mention their customer service which is very polite, patient and extremely helpful. I am really satisfied with their attitude towards customers and I would gladly choose their service again.”

“I contacted insight for advise on a wheelie bin lock. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and e-mailed me some information regarding the product to help me make up my mind. When I called back to order I was told it would be delivered the next day and the followed this up with an e-mail giving me a time slot that it would be delivered. I was really impressed great service can't fault them.”

“I was impressed with the speed of the delivery of my order. As yet we have had no seagulls on our roof since the addition of the fire gels which we purchased from yourselves. Watch this space!”

“Bird Free dishes were installed yesterday on a dormer roof where seagulls had nested last year (and we'd endured weeks of noise and being divebombed and the rest when the chicks, predictably, fell off the roof into the garden.) The deterrent effect was immediate! The gulls flew over a few times but veered away, and have even abandoned their lookout posts on the chimneys above the dormers. The peace and quiet is blissful! Highly recommended product, much cheaper than bird-spikes, very helpful advice from Ian Smith, and speedy delivery.”
