“The service I received from Innes has been exemplary. From a positive price match, through to ensuring my order had reached me safely & that I was happy. Clearly a company that really look after & values their customers. Although I live nowhere near to their physical shop, I’ll definitely be using them again. Classy stock & fantastic service. What’s not to recommend & what more could you ask for?”

“Really superb, bowled over by the service, and attention to detail. Got a call to ask my preference for deliver, staff member was super friendly and helpful. Item was delivered on the day, carefully wrapped. Really happy with the item, price and service. Will be back, and definately recommend!”

“The light is exactly what I want. My telephone calls were answered and responded to, a really personal service. Innes were incredibly helpful when I ordered the wrong thing. The refund was processed very quickly and no fuss was made though it was my fault. They also used Parcel Force for delivery so that I had no doubt that the light would not be delivered to the wrong address.”
