I purchased numerous components over time for my String Shelving, each and every time they phoned me to let me know the expected shipping dates, then called again to confirm when the items were collected by the couriers, and even followed up to ensure the deliveries arrived safe and sound. You feel like you are getting face-to-face customer service from an online store.”
