“To be recommended! This is the first time I have bought something via Innes. Very good service from Chris who answered my questions clearly and patiently. He kept in touch when it came to delivery times and the order was fulfilled as promised. The product - a Hay table - was bought at the most favourable price.”

“Ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Friday a well packed and undamaged string-shelf-desk. Kept well informed of the schedule. average pricing, seems to be set for string furniture range -free delivery. Looking forward to using them again.”

“Super impressed with my online experience with Innes. Purchased a Vitra stool (best price I could find online, too) the item was in stock and shipped immediately. When it arrived, I wasn't happy with the natural blemishes in the wood (preferential, not a fault) and the team at Innes were more than happy to support me in arranging a swap. Brilliant customer service, strong communication, nothing seemed like a hassle - and totally respected my personal preferences for the piece. Really appreciate it - especially with a timeless Vitra piece I know I'll keep forever. You will have me back time and time again. Thrilled with my new piece. Thanks!”

This included confirming the timeline to get the product to their warehouse, when and how delivery would be made and contacting me to make sure that the product met my expectation and was undamaged. “I was looking for specific lightbulbs after buying some lamps from Soho House and Innes popped up from a Google search. Took a leap of faith and placed the order online. Seamless process to do so and got an immediate confirmation incl. when asked via their online chat tool re. delivery times - it was actually a human on the other side and not a bot (mobile phone users will understand...). Packaging was faultless and all lightbulbs worked a treat. Would definitely order again.”
