“Brilliant service from a family-owned business - it really does make a difference buying from a homegrown business that puts customer service first. The product is beautiful, made even better by the calls to check we were okay with the manufacturing lead time, and a further call to let us know it was in its way. Really can't recommend them enough.”

“I bought a pre-owned 2m tall Flos lamp which came without the original packaging. Chris & the team were very helpful & bubble wrapped the lamp & helped load the car. It safely made its 240 mile journey. Good price, great service & very friendly. Highly recommended.”

“From the moment I phoned Innes to make an enquiry regarding the chair I wished to purchase I knew I was dealing with a high end store with excellent customer service. The team were extremely helpful in arranging delivery and answering all my queries. The chair and stool arrived in perfect condition and I was kept updated regarding delivery times. “Fantastic company.They have all best products in interior design, at extremely competeitive prices. They also offer a very personal service & you are able to call & email & speak to the sam eperson, promarily Chris, for product onfo & help etc. Wouldnt choose to shop anywhere else.”

“never used them before but have to say , from start to finish they are on the money with service and they the best all others on price and have a business mentality that it’s not all about margin on each deal , as reports like this win you far much more long term business .(unlike many that would rather hold on to existing stock than sell and move things .I ll be back .”

“This was my first experience with Innes but what a wonderful experience it was. In a world of big business where customers are just a number and customer service is little more than AI, what a breath of fresh air to receive such personalised attention. The sales team were so impressive, the postage was efficient and throughout it all, I felt that should a problem occur (of course it didn’t), someone would be at hand to help. Innes will now be my first stop for future purchases and I highly recommend this company to others.”
