“I bought an Eames House bird as a present which was on offer with a 20% discount. Within an hour or so of placing the order I had a call to confirm when I wanted delivery. I then received a courtesy email the day before delivery (courier also confirmed 1 hour delivery window). I can’t fault the service at all.”

“I was kept very well informed of the progress of my order and goods arrived as promised, well packed and complete. The price of items was competitive, even after adding P&P. “Product arrived promptly, on time, well packaged, in good condition. A nice touch was the follow up phone call and email to ensure I had received the delivery. I had it delivered to my office and a colleague signed for it, so as it was not my name on the signature they called and emailed to make sure I had received it.”

“After being messed around by John Lewis to simply order two kitchen chairs which was frustrating and annoying, it was a real pleasure to find a shop that was one of the most customer friendly local shops around and a lot cheaper ten out of ten to Chris for quick and efficient service Thank You”
