“Excellent experience. A great quality set of shelves available at the best sale price I could find . I note that their regular prices are very competitive. They became available quicker than quoted and delivery was efficiently planned, even the minor delivery hitch was cleared up quickly. The shelves are pretty impressive pieces of furniture. Communication with Innes was excellent throughout . Highly recommended.”

“Ordered a coffee grinder. First class service from Innes. I phoned them and they offered details on the product. Once I made the order, they called to set a despatch date. Product arrived a day earlier. Managed to get my grinder at the cheapest price online. Highly recommend this retailer. They were great to deal with.”

“I've had a few orders from Innes and I love the fact that if you email them, you get a prompt response from a member of staff. They'll go the extra mile in helping customers get the items they want at competitive prices, with their price match practice. Excellent company to deal with, I can't fault them. Their range of products is fabulous too.”

“At Innes they sell the best quality design furniture at very competitive prices. The staff is very helpful and we had great communication. The delivery team was on time and very efficient and competent. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and hope to buy from Innes soon in the future.”

“Superb products, superb service. Purchased a Fritz Hansen Drop chair,was advised it would take 8-10 weeks, it arrived within 2 months. When it arrived I was sent an email to say it would be on its way and to check it was convenient for me. I was also sent a follow up email checking it arrived in perfect condition, which it did. I would highly recommend Innes.”

“We received an excellent service from Innes. I got in a muddle and ordered the wrong sized shelves for our String system but Innes' staff couldn't have done more to sort it all out. Thank you! This is one excellent shop and the staff clearly have an eye for fine design. We'll definitely be perusing the online shop again soon.”
