“Why no ‘excellent’ ithe review categories? I have now received several items of furniture from this fantastic independent retailer, and the service has been exemplary on all three occasions. I was asked when it would be convenient to receive the item delivered via Royal Mail and then kept up to date on the despatch. The Skagerrak oak box was received well packaged. Previously, I have received two dining chairs Hans Werner so quite bulky. Again superb coordination via the procurement and delivery communications and when I had unpacked them and then needed to repack them as I was decorating and I couldn’t work out how to get them back in the box, I emailed and promptly received an instructional photograph. What service! I would recommend this company, nothing is too much trouble and I wish I could afford to buy more of their lovely things.”

“Innes staff were very helpful and could accommodate any request we had, would definitely use again. Mind that this is a review of the store only, not the product brands sold, these were a different story. Hay Woody has one of the worst assemblage experiences I’ve ever had.”

“I ordered a, well priced, Georg Jensen item which arrived in perfect order after an initial delay in delivery whilst the item was sourced from abroad. This was no problem to me. “I recently purchased a Knoll Tulip side table from Innes online store. I had seen the table online at Heals and itye Conran shop, however chose Innes after reading excellent Trust Pilot reviews. They lived up to my expectations. The staff at Innes were incredibly helpful, polite and ensured the table arrived the next day, when I would be at home. It came very well packaged and wrapped up. I received a confirmation email to state my table was en route and a courtesy phone call to check it had arrived safely. I would highly recommend them and hope to order from Innes again.”
