“Exceptional Customer Service from online purchase to delivery. This store could teach others how it should be done. Lamp arrived a day early and received a courtesy call when I placed the order with details of delivery and another after delivery to make sure everything was as it should be. Fantastic, would definitely recommend without hesitation.”

“I recently bought the most beautiful Arne Jacobsen salt and pepper grinders from Innes. We already had a pair which had been used every day for 25 years and had finally given up. I was so pleased to find a new pair and even more pleased that the service I received from Innes was caring and quick. Such lovely people. I will visit their site for gifts whenever possible as I feel I want to support them.”

“Fantastic service. Found by accident online, Innes were able to offer by far the best price on some chairs, went out of their way to research some additional options, then ensured I was fully informed on delivery etc. They've also been excellent at patiently helping on some other purchases, which I will certainly now be placing through them. Friendly, small company, personal service just blew away the competition. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
