“I used infrared heaters from this company 7 years ago, the service was amazing then and the heaters are still just like new. We have recently (05/25) purchased new heaters for another home and the customer service continues to be second to none. Mario was very professional and extremely patient and helpful.”

“Rose Heaters have been very accommodating and exchanged our initial order without any fuss. Very happy with the units provided which fit seamlessly on our ceiling and provide a very pleasant heating source. My only other feedback would be the tolerance on the fixings could be increased as they were quite tricky to install overhead.”

“The sales team were very helpful - my diary limited availability to receive a delivery and they made sure my order arrived on the day I needed; a discount on the order price was very welcome as we are a charity. The heaters themselves were really easy to fit and look great - they work really well in our church hall setting. I would recommend UK Infrared Heating and their Rose Heaters to others.”
