“Unreal, I purchased multiple items for my Wife's Clinic and for my large office 7 items that one of them faulty, and yet still struggling to get swift replacement. I've been asked to go through senting the item back, wait until they test it, follow their process to get the replacement God knows when. ridiculus”

“The heater works Ok but when delivered. Needs more substantial packaging as it was badly damaged, only just containing contents. Which burst out when a piece of brown selotape was cut . Was surprised that it survived as fabric of item was marked.”

“Communication and delivery date was excellent - the delivered outer box was a bit battered to say the least but no damage to inner box or packaging or unit The unit looks pretty swish have only turned on to check it works power wise as it is being installed somewhere else when it has been transported”

“Happy to review the UK Infrared Heating Company as I have had excellent service! The quality of the products is excellent and really speaks for itself but the high quality of the customer service from the helpful sales team when ordering to the aftercare support, communication and even the delivery chap was very nice and friendly and professional. In an age where it seems like good service is more of a rarety this great company is keeping it traditional with the high levels of customer care and service. Many thanks for another fantastic heater, I will be back to you whenever I have the need and have already told as many people as I can about the wonderful experience I've had with UK Infrared Heating Company!
