“We have ordered an infrared heater in the past and we have lost the remote control. We got in touch with customer service and they have arranged for the replacement of course at a cost. We are very happy with all products.”

“Fabulous company to deal with. Quality and price of heaters are good value and have reduced our energy bills significantly. Delivery was good apart from one heater due to courier company but Infared Heating Company dealt with it swiftly in replacing missing order. Have already recommended to friends and family and neighbours.”

“I ordered a heater with a picture of water rocks and Forest. On the website the picture was sharp and clear. However, when the radiator arrived, I put it to one side and didn't open it for several weeks while our kitchen wall (where it would be hung) was worked on. Sadly when I opened it, I left it with the crumpled plastic protective sheet on it, and didn't remove this until it was to be hung, when I found out it was awful, the middle ground, with the trees, is really out of focus, to the point you couldn't enjoy the picture. Having paid almost twice the price for a radiator with the picture, I am extremely disappointed. I'm not sure I could even use it in the garage.”
