“Not actually used it yet not that cold at the moment but 5 out of 5 for ease of instalation. looks lovely in my front room. The instruction manual could do with some love and attention. Not the best translation from chinese to english that ive ever seen but still far better than I could do the other way round. I think we are going to be happy.”

“I've bought several heaters from Infrared Heating Company. They have all been great. One of them was faulty within a year, and I had no problem getting a replacement from them. I would definitely recommend them.”

“The main reason of the five stars is, even the best company's have issues and UK infrared Heating Company had problems with the couriers on two occasions with the one product but they moved heaven and earth to rectify this and the after sales servies is why i keep coming back to a company.”

“panel came with two bare wires ?? how do I wire this up ? do I need a small transormer of some kind ? if so why wasnt it identified as a required extra ro even better included ?”

“Good knowledge with the order product delivered when required. Have an issue wit towel rail I believe a plug in a bathroom does not meetg current standeard and our electrician had to hard wire to make the product safe in his opinion.”

“Don't like the way it leans back. This means it takes up more room. We have it fitted with feet and this means it's heavy to move around. Would be better with wheels. Also it's very hot to the touch. Not suitable with young children around. The power lead is to short, means we have to purchase an extension lead. I would have liked to ceiling mount this but that means major electrics works to install an electric connection in the ceiling void.”

“VThis is absolutely unacceptable! The heater arrived with a curry stain, making it seem like it was already used. Despite being advertised as brand new, there is even a dent on it. When I called to complain, some guy had the audacity to try and convince me to keep it in exchange for a partial refund. Outrageous!”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry regarding your experience with us. We pride ourselves with offering our customers a quality experience every time. We never send out second hand heaters or used items. We sell ONLY brand new and untouched quality units. We can only think that by some chance at the warehouse a returned heater got placed (by accident) on the new heater section. Regarding the agent. We are training staff at the moment and maybe one inappropriate comment got through during that training day. Our sincere apologies. Management

“Infrared heater damaged in transit. Customer Service is extremely poor. Apparently you have to open the box and inspect before the delivery driver leaves, except the delivery driver left it in in a public place unsigned for. They offered 15% refund... there is a huge dent which they acknowledged but dont really care or take responsibility and blame courier. My contract isnt with the courier Do not use this company”

“Well, you don't reply to emails and your chat thing goes to sleep for an eternity! Phone customer service was good, however. Bought an infrared mirror which seems to do the job, but the instructions are gibberish!”
