“I ordered a heater with a picture of water rocks and Forest. On the website the picture was sharp and clear. However, when the radiator arrived, I put it to one side and didn't open it for several weeks while our kitchen wall (where it would be hung) was worked on. Sadly when I opened it, I left it with the crumpled plastic protective sheet on it, and didn't remove this until it was to be hung, when I found out it was awful, the middle ground, with the trees, is really out of focus, to the point you couldn't enjoy the picture. Having paid almost twice the price for a radiator with the picture, I am extremely disappointed. I'm not sure I could even use it in the garage.”

“Unreal, I purchased multiple items for my Wife's Clinic and for my large office 7 items that one of them faulty, and yet still struggling to get swift replacement. I've been asked to go through senting the item back, wait until they test it, follow their process to get the replacement God knows when. ridiculus”

“panel came with two bare wires ?? how do I wire this up ? do I need a small transormer of some kind ? if so why wasnt it identified as a required extra ro even better included ?”

“VThis is absolutely unacceptable! The heater arrived with a curry stain, making it seem like it was already used. Despite being advertised as brand new, there is even a dent on it. When I called to complain, some guy had the audacity to try and convince me to keep it in exchange for a partial refund. Outrageous!”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry regarding your experience with us. We pride ourselves with offering our customers a quality experience every time. We never send out second hand heaters or used items. We sell ONLY brand new and untouched quality units. We can only think that by some chance at the warehouse a returned heater got placed (by accident) on the new heater section. Regarding the agent. We are training staff at the moment and maybe one inappropriate comment got through during that training day. Our sincere apologies. Management

“Infrared heater damaged in transit. Customer Service is extremely poor. Apparently you have to open the box and inspect before the delivery driver leaves, except the delivery driver left it in in a public place unsigned for. They offered 15% refund... there is a huge dent which they acknowledged but dont really care or take responsibility and blame courier. My contract isnt with the courier Do not use this company”

We sell only quality heaters, We can not see an order in your name so we are not sure who you are. below it states you are in the USA to which we do not post, which is indeed strange too. The infra red heater company sell products from Eastern European and Italian manufacturers so this comment is not only mallicious, but its also very misleading and simply incorrect.

“My HEATER CEILING EXPLODED (Far Infrared Heater "Thermo Glass MAX" - 1200W) and shattered melted glass directly above where people sit. Thank god no one was sat underneath. This heater was faulty as the thermal cut out did not work. It is being sent to the electrical safety council for testing to find out if it did have a cut out or there wasn't even one fitted. The company immediately refunded me the cost of the heater but refused to ap the costs I incurred for the damages, which was over £600 for an electrician and to replace the burned carpet. Neither the company or manufacturer will re-imburse me which i find disgusting. Be very careful buying from this company.”

“1) I was lead to believe the panel could be mounted vertically and/or horizontally; it's accompanying brackets allow only for horizontal mounting- and I wanted vertical. 2) The instructions for operating the panel and altering settings are appalling. Presumably some robot 'translated' the instructions from Chinese to English- they are incoherent and at times virtually impossible to follow; this is especially important given the complexity of altering settings.”

“Delivery information is incorrect when you purchase. Ensure you check if you need it for a job on a specific day. I’m just about to buy another 15-20 panels but not from here as the customer service and responses has been shocking”

“Product is great, I’ve bought from this company a few times but latest customer service is awful. Bought a heater just after 1pm Thursday to ensure got delivery on the Saturday when I needed it. It arrived late Monday and when I was trying to find out where it was told no deliveries on weekends. Nothing on their websites but response was shocking. Buy from a company with better customer service and honest delivery promises”
