“It warms a bit, but doesn't carry far.”

“I bought a plain white heated panel for a previous address and was very pleased with it. This time I decided to treat myself to a picture heated panel. Have just had it installed and it doesn't sit flat like the white panel does and has a visible buckle. Very disappointed.”

“Don't like the way it leans back. This means it takes up more room. We have it fitted with feet and this means it's heavy to move around. Would be better with wheels. Also it's very hot to the touch. Not suitable with young children around. The power lead is to short, means we have to purchase an extension lead. I would have liked to ceiling mount this but that means major electrics works to install an electric connection in the ceiling void.”

“Well, you don't reply to emails and your chat thing goes to sleep for an eternity! Phone customer service was good, however. Bought an infrared mirror which seems to do the job, but the instructions are gibberish!”

“confusing information and advice on what product to buy. Bought what was advised by one advisor and none of the heaters worked. You had to be parallel to the heater sensor which was on top of the heater to make it work (one worked 3 times then stopped!!) Going up and down a ladder everytime to switch 3 heaters on is not a viable option. Thats if they had actually worked. The team are responsive in getting back to you but again the advice is confusing and the send back information asks that you put clear tape on the box to send back!!!!!!!!! We dont have clear tape to hand. We believe in the philosophy and in the concept, The Amaryliss heater is a new product to them and for me I would have tested it out before advertising and sending to customers. This saga has cost us time and money. If I was the Infrared heating company and it was my mistake I would have been offering some recompense for the inconvenience and disruption to business. We are still committed to working with the infrared heating company and believe that we will come to a resolution and find the right product.”

“Prior to purchase I discussed my requirements and I followed the advice. After installation I had an issue with one of the thermostats. Made contact and discussed the issue, ordered replacement and returned at own expense the faulty item. Received partial refund”

“Purchased heater was not packed well, and there were some damaged spots on it's surface. I don't know how to return the item after international delivery.”
