“Paving was nothing like the photos showing it , color s very pale looking , and a lot of really rough slabs had to cut a lot of them , service good”

“Good value circular paving set. Additional slab per circle allowing for breakages is a good idea although I didnt notice it written when ordering.”

“The paving arrived on time but the delivery driver was unhelpful and dropped pallets off on the pavement and blocked access, so was told to move them. The packaging was superb with only 2 slabs broken out of over 50 meters, quality of the stone again is excellent, great to do business with you guys!! Thank you.”

“I can’t fault the service that Infinite paving provides, easy to use web site and quick delivery. Some of the limestone sawn edge tiles were 2-3 mm different which can become a problem on long runs! Perhaps you could inform your supplier.”

“We love the Mint Fossil Slabs, and although we, unfortunately, had a few cracked slabs (more than the allowance), Rowan sorted this out quickly and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. We would definitely use Infinite Paving again.”

“Was satisfied with slabs and service, they were exactly as described so just what i was expecting. I have only given 4 stars as i had 10 broken ones, in all honesty though i didn't contact them as i had over ordered to accommodate. Good service and i would use again.”

“Although the website said the paving slabs were in stock when I ordered them, when I phoned to confirm delivery I was told they were unfortunately out of stock, and therefore delayed my garden makeover by a couple of weeks. However once they were delivered I was very happy with the quality.”

“The initial ordering and delivery service was absolutely fine and the sandstone circles are good quality and look lovely. I ordered 2 sets of circles; unfortunately, one had several pieces spoilt from some sort of oil or diesel spillage. Rather than taking away that set and replace it with a whole new one, there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing as the company tried to replace just the individual pieces. This has caused a long delay for us and the need to arrange a return visit by the builder. The issue has finally been resolved and I hope the company has learnt from their mistakes in their after-sales service.”
