“Shortly after installation on 20th July 2023 I noticed several issues that indicate the slabs we purchased are defective:
1. Large cracks appeared within a week of installation despite following the recommended installation process
2. Discoloration started appearing after the first rain, despite the slabs being marketed as weather-resistant
3. Uneven surface with noticeable breaks in the slabs, making it unsafe to walk on
The paving slabs do not meet the quality standards expected and are not fit for purpose. This has caused significant inconvenience and additional costs for maintenance.
We have tried contacting customer service on multiple occasions via phone and email and have received no response.”
