They advised they would send me another better quality crystal which never happened. Then when chasing, didn't respond to my communications.”

“Bit disappointed it was nothing like the picture on the site”

“Sorry to say disappointed with my order (heart shaped key ring) So small engraved picture nothing like the examples shown on website. If only you could have seen you example before clicking ok, possibility could have changed photo to address image. Such a shame as photo were of one of my recent lost pet. Plus had no pink light as stated. Sadly won’t be buying again.”

“InCrystals have sent me an email to review them so I gave 1 star. I emailed them as it states on the website to upgrade delivery to next day after processing for £8, I received no reply. I was supposed to receive a tracking number for normal delivery which I didn't and I'm still waiting for my crystal to be delivered 5 days late now. So I can only give a bad review.”
