“Ordered the £99 rectangular crystal with photo of my wife's parents. Very faint picture. Its a Christmas gift so won't know her opinion yet. Overall disappointed. Though the picture would be more defined. No instructions in the box or any care advice. Maybe that's something they could consider improving”

“Fantastic service. Uploaded a photo of a friends dog for a birthday present. The Crystal arrived within 3 days of ordering and the result was better than expected. The photo wasn’t the best shot, only the dogs head and paws could be seen as he was resting on a cushion, artistic licence was used and the cushion was included in the picture, which resulted in a fabulous present. Thank you so much. This is the second time I’ve used this company and would definitely recommend.”
