“I use in to car parks all the time 4-6 times a year but they need to go back to dropping you opposite the submarine, its to far for me to walk from the other car park about 400 yds”

“Very pleasant and helpful service when parking the car but on return it was a free for all. Despite the fact that I rang when my flight arrived, and the guy in the car park asked me to phone again when I collected my bags, I still waited 40 minutes before I collected my car. The shuttle bus only takes seven people at a time and there was no queue control. Unhelpful guy when I asked why he had asked me to call. Disappointing really after such a pleasant start but really the key part of the service is to be collected quickly when your flight lands in the early hours of the morning.”

I'm sorry to hear this. The queue should have been an orderly queue. We will speak to the team who were running the transfers to find out why there was such a delay.

“This was so easy from the min of booking to arriving . The drop off of the car & shuttle to air port was quick & on return a simple phone call & shuttle back within 10 mins of grabbing luggage!!! Cars & car waiting”
