“Always superb service. this time dropped at pick up rather than yellow submarine car park, but did pick up for extra £5 on return. We know the airport drop off charges are a rip off, but they are spoiling it for everyone. Always cheerful and polite, nice team to deal with. If you haven't used them, give them a try !”

“As always a value for money, hassle free service for Liverpool airport.... I ve been using them for years without any problems what so ever... Even tho I live in Merseyside I find that using in2parking is still cheaper than getting taxi's to and from the airport.”

“Customer service was poor. Dark, unlit, unmarked carpark with bad road surface. Was not informed prior to booking that car keys must be left with carpark owners. When this was queried the staff member became snappy. Had to leave and arrange alternative parking at the last minute. No refund has been offered.”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. We make it clear that you have to leave your keys - like you do in most airport car parks. Cars are always kept safely on site.

“the post code never took me to the car park, I couldn't find you at all and no one answered the call so ended up after paying you having to pay £90 because I hadn't pre-booked in main airport.”

“Great company to use. There’s been a change since we last used them as they no longer drop you off opposite the entrance and instead now it’s a 5 minute walk. We were ok when we were dropped off going on holiday as it was dry but on our return it was raining and we were soaked by the time we got on the mini bus. Totally understand due to the charge of £5 to drop off.”

“We have used In2CarParks at Liverpool Airport for years, an absolutely excellent service. Shame they were moved off their original site. But that was okay. However the airports hike in charges means you now get dropped off too far away from the terminal, that would not be too bad in the South of France, but Liverpool! We got drenched on the way and on the way back. Not funny. If they had warned us we would have had waterproofs handy. No they just dropped us off with no warning in an outer car park.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sadly we had to move from our original site as the landlord sold it to a company who wanted to build a retail park on it. Liverpool Airport haven given us no choice but to drop passengers at their official drop off / pick up point which we agree is a few minutes extra walk.
