“Both parking and drop off to terminal was good no problems. On arrival back in UK pick up back to In2 was ecxellent, no waiting and on arrival my car was there waiting for me. 10/10 Thanks Ray”

“Previously used in2 car parks and was dropped off outside the airport in the car park facing, we did have to pay £2 for this but that was fine. This time dropped off in a further car park and with 2 kids, a buggy and suitcases this was not ideal. On the way home there was a few people waiting to be picked up, all of whom had called when advised when suitcases were collected however the driver who arrived to pick us up didn’t know we were waiting and said he would just take the drivers back so that they could drive their cars to pick up their families. Will not use this service again.”

“Drop off 6 minute walk from terminal. On return Car seat and steering column had been adjusted and not put back. Another 6 minute walk to shuttle bus in the dark in between parked cars on my own. I am an 83 year old lady and was quite scared. When speaking to manageress was treated very rudely and told I was nit picking and not to bother using them again. Dreadful company. Was told the next day that if I wanted to be dropped off at the front of terminal I had to pay another £5 at the depot. My son had had a similar bad experience with this company. Do not use them.. office manager needs to go on a customer service course.”

“Used in2 many times now and always been fine. Couldn't believe the amount of 1 star reviews until I tried to arrange pickup. Waited 45 minutes to be collected from the airport. Despite numerous phone calls to the office I was constantly told 'he's on his way' which I find hard to believe since it's a 3 minute drive back to their office. Waited so long I had to send my mother in law home in a taxi because it was so cold which defeated the whole object. Driver arrived, no clue there had been a delay. Back to office to pick up my keys, no apology. Just lost a regular customer.”

“The whole process was nice and easy, drop off was simple, we were taken to the airport in a taxi, our bags loaded for us, then pick up was just the same, collected from the airport, dropped at the office, collected my keys and off we went. 100% will use again!”
