“Only negative is the minibus is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues as its a big step up and the chair that moves to allow people into the back is broken and you struggle to get in. Otherwise very handy and would use again”

“by far the cheapest and easiest airport parking... the friendly staff go out of there way to help and are really fast in picking you up when you get back from your hols.... about five mins”

“Had phone call cut short when ringing for pick up, when minibus arrived there were approximately 25 people waiting, the driver was frantic and was the only person on shift. It took him 3 trips minimum to get everyone back almost 45 mins late”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I've checked into when you arrived back at the car park and there were two transfer busses going back and forth between the car park and the airport at this time. This would have been able to transport 25 people to the car park in well under 45 minutes. I'm sorry for any inconvenience in having to wait for the transfer bus.
