“Great secure parking close to the airport quick transfer and value for money .”

“Very good as usual but we were surprised to be taken to the far end of the overground car park from where we had to walk back to the terminal. Since we last used Liverpool Airport the increased charge has come in for dropping off near the terminal, but we were not told of this in advance and thus given the choice to pay extra for this.”

“Very helpful man going out...chatty and explained where to meet on return. Little bit of confusion on return as wasn't explained properly for timings. But saying that will definitely use them again, already booked for 2 more car parking in October”

“I was happy with the price I paid. I booked for 4 nights, coming back on the 18th at 12.30am. My booking confirmed this. However, in a rush to get the airport with worries about long queues, I had failed to notice the woman at check in had written return on the 17th for the tag attached to my key. I had signed this. When I returned I was told I had to pay another day. I explained my booking was correct and that it was their error, despite the fact I had signed the card attached to my key. It was only after a short "discussion" and the fact I could provide evidence of my original booking. Not ideal after a 3 hour flight with another 3 hour drive home early in the morning.”

“I have been using this car park for about 10 years now and I am always happy with the service however, I was somewhat disappointed with being dropped off so far from the airport as my wife has difficulty walking that sort of distance and had to stop twice to rest.”
